  • Having a long term or chronic health condition requires effort and commitment to maintain a quality of life, especially as you age.
  • People living in regional and remote areas of Australia, along with people who struggle to leave the house because of their health are also disadvantaged when it comes to managing their health.
  • 57% of people aged over the age of 65 believe that technology is vital to managing their health. However, the digital tools to allow them to do that have not been as available as they need to be.

Our Service

  • Grit Health uses an app that is powered by smart technology that allows our monitoring team to keep an eye on our clients.
  • The dashboards we have developed that our monitoring team look at provide real time analysis of the data our clients collect about themselves and supports the follow up that we provide. 
  • The app is available across iOS and android platforms and works just as well on a mobile phone as it does on a tablet or iPad.  All you need is an internet connection and either an iTunes or google play account.
  • We have a very deliberate and intense development schedule in place that means both the app and the monitoring platform are as up to date today as they were when we started. 
  • Enhancements are coming on line all the time, all designed to make sure users enjoy their experience and that the data they collect about themselves is useful and relevant to their health improvement goals.  
  • Our technology also allows us to have an idea over time if a person’s health is likely to get worse, meaning we can intervene early.
  • Because we use technology to connect and communicate with people, it doesn’t matter where they live.  This means that we can work with people wherever they are in the world, provided they have an internet connection.
